Sweet 15

One of my fondest memories directing middle school bands was the propensity of my young drummers to rush the rock style fills at the end of a 16-beat phrase, reducing it to a 15-beat phrase. Sweet 15 solves that problem by intentionally dropping a beat every four measures with a 3/4 bar! A quartet of Alto, Tenor, Trumpet and Bone carry the melody with ample solo space and a shout chorus featuring your drummer with ensemble accompaniment.
