Can I return music that has been download?
Once you’ve purchased the music from iJazzMusic, it cannot be returned for credit. If you have any questions about parts or scores, please contact us at info@ijazzmusic.com before purchasing the music.
How do I receive my music?
Once you have purchased your music, you will receive an email with a link to download the music purchased. Music must be downloaded within 7 days.
Does iJazzMusic ship any music?
Our entire music catalog is downloadable only. We do not ship.
What are iJazzMusic Payment Options?
You can use all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Facebook Pay.
Does iJazzMusic accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from schools, government, and non-profit organizations. Please email us a copy of the Purchase Order with your contact information to info@ijazzmusic.com and we will assist you with your order. Your order will be expedited for download as soon as possible.
What if I don’t see the music I would like to order?
Please contact us at info@ijazzmusic.com and we’ll be happy to help you. iJazzMusic is adding new composers and arrangers weekly, so please continue to check the website.
What if I would like to submit a composition or arrangement for Big Band, Combo, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, Studio Orchestras, etc.?
Our Review Committee is made up of five (5) outstanding composers and arrangers who approve all new music compositions. Please send us a full score and an mp3 to info@ijazzmusic.com. MIDI realizations are not accepted.
