Description
"Brisket and Beans" is a slow 6/8-feel blues, and a great vehicle to feature your guitarist. Have your pianist switch over to the organ sound to complete the bluesy sound. There is a middle section that is written as a sax battle (always popular) but is flexible to feature other soloists. This was recorded by the New London Big Band.
